NailFrida SnipperClipper: No More Nicks on Baby's Tiny Fingers

By Jennifer So, Publisher, Macaroni Kid Birmingham-Troy July 20, 2017

The first time I clipped my daughter’s nails, I nicked her pinky finger.  It bled, she cried for a minute, and I cried too.  For the next 2 years, I only filed her nails because I was afraid of hurting her again.  With my son, I’m not as fearful, but with his busy, toddler hands, there are times I can only clip his nails when he is sleeping.

I was sent the SnipperClipperTM Set by NailFrida to try, and I was amazed at the safety and control the clippers gave me.  I felt barbaric thinking of the clippers I used to use, and I will only use the SnipperClipperTM from now on!  They have a safety spyhole that allows me to see exactly what I’m cutting.  I can’t believe I used to do it blind!  Now, I can clip my little one’s nails closer, without the fear of nicking his nail beds.  The blades are curved, similar to scissors, so they are silent too.  This helps me to clip quietly during our bedtime reading or when he is asleep.  The set also includes a curved file that is contoured to file quickly and easily after clipping.

I’ve been recommending this to all my mom friends, and I’ve even given away my set to a desperate new mom that told me she only bites off her baby’s nails, so that she won’t accidentally nick his skin!  You can find out more information about NailFrida and other FridaBaby products at http://fridababy.com/product/nailfrida/
